(VST) No way to re-name scripts in UI or delete State Machine or Mission Scripts.

There is no way to re-name the scripts in the UI, so the starter scripts Mission01_Start can not be renamed to anything else. Either bug or missing UI option?
I vaguely remember being able to double click on them in the UI or right click to rename them, which would be the expected behaviour?
Also, cant delete state machince or mission scripts or the container for objective scripts after you delete any under the header, e.g. the 3 starter scripts of start, part, end.
