Disabling any thruster in a generic direction stop the ship from accelerating in that direction

Hello!
Background info:
I have a small ship with hybrid thruster setup. It uses both Ion and Hydrogen Thrusters for Z direction (Forward/Backward).
The issue:
If I turn off all Hydrogen Thrusters the ship will stop accelerating in the directions of the disabled Thrusters from a stationary state in 0G.
Accelerating the ship in another other direction first and then Forward or Backward works.
I have the same bug
