Hydrogen tank refuel inconsistencies related to sorters & cockpits

With the setup as shown in the attached image, the red hydrogen tank will only ever refill if you sit in the cockpit on top of it, and the yellow tank will only ever refill if you're NOT sitting in the cockpit on top of it
