Enhanced Sync and in-game V-sync option conflict

Hi guys,
Had to send my high end monitor for RMA, so I had to pull out old FHD 60Hz Benq. I quickly figured out that some thing is wrong when my Vega 64 on in-game high preset presented unplayable experience. After short investigation both options work fine alone but together cause stuttering every few seconds.
Reproduction steps:
-turn on enhanced sync in AMD Adrenalin drivers
-turn on v-sync in in-game display menu
Would be great if v-sync option was impossible to turn on if enhanced sync is on so less tech savvy players didn't get sub par experience.
