[1.94.209] Transparent LCDs have lost glow/bloom effect

The newest bug fix patch (1.94.209) has caused the glow effect on Transparent LCDs to disappaear. I don't know if it's intentional but it's not listed in the patch notes.
It looks like the sun has also lost some bloom.
