1.93.22 - Dedicated Server issues when 2nd / 3rd player login

Hi @ all,
I cant figure out, why my dedicated Server crashes when 2 oder more Players are online. If one player is online the Server runs great. Its an i7 4790K @ 4GHz, 32GB RAM, Dedicated Server on a SSD with 100GB, and 1GB/s connection. CPU and RAM are never at 100%. I already tried zu sink the Physics iteration. The Server is modded. Modlist is in the Log-Files included. Logs see attached. Do you have an idea to fix the crashes?
