1.89 NPC not spawning

Starting instantly in 1.189 I get npc not spawning properly.

I see npc' tags pop up for half a second then just disappear again.

The textual tags that do that are always "SPRT." followed by nothing else.

I have been playing this game a lot before this update and not have a single issue with this.

With mods, I would normally have between 2 and 10 npc's on my hud at all times.

Now in 1.89 I have mostly none which makes this a really really boring scenario and it keeps me from wanting to play the game at all..

Here is all the troubleshooting I have done so far.

1. I have my visual range set to 20km just to debug this issue.
2. I created a new world, with no mods at all, (vanilla as it were)
3. I deleted all user files for space engineers and let the game re-create them (Meaning in my case I deleted the directory "C:\Users\Charlie Candergart\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers"
4. I tried repairing my game using the steam verify game files function
5. I completely uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it to a different drive.

None of the above made a difference.

What I have noticed is that some spawns actually do work.

Maybe 1 out of 10?

I remember seeing that most of the unsuccessful spawns have an exact distance of 12.85km while the successful ones are just slightly closer, below 10km.

Please help.
