[1.199.020 default] Can't pipe Small grid Small Industrial Hydrogen Thruster
Solved
This was performed on a VANILLA Pertam Orbiter scenario and another world.
Steps to reproduce:
1: try to attach Small Grid Small Hydrogen thruster to small conveyor tube
2: "Unable to place Industrial Hydrogen Trhuster"
