[1.196.012] Voxel modification not showing after connect

Directly after login to a server, voxel modifications around the player are not shown. This happened for the first with this minor version increase. In particular the finest resolution doesn't render. Lower LODs seem unaffected and when the camera is moved sufficiently far away and back, the voxels render correctly again.
