[1.195] Spectator camera floating away

Not sure what causes this but with random intervals the spectator camera starts moving, at a seemingly random speed in one direction. This makes it hard to edit using this method especially in creative. And unlike with the camera sensitivity glitch (which is also random) this can only be solved by rejoining the world.
