[1.195] Skins Disappears

On certain blocks, such as catwalks, rocket launchers and interior turrets (there are more), skins disappear after a very short distance whereas it stays on things like armor blocks. This ruins alot of creations since they can only be viewed from close up for the skins to stay (skins such as gold, silver and wood applied to blocks).
