1.194.081 Frostbite - Create Blueprint not working with "Enable Steam Cloud"

It seams not possible to create a new Blueprint with enabled Steam Cloud Option.
If i disable the "Steam Cloud" in the "Game" Menu, it works localy.
If i want to access one of the Blueprints from the Cloud, i have to activate the Option again.
(And why is the Blueprint Screen even slowing down SpaceEngineers ? Please optimize!!)
