(1.192.022 default) Remote control no way to get it to auto pilot to engage

This is a normal prebuilt drone from the learning to survive. I have attached a screen shot of the button.
Can not set remote to auto fly any where, set with one way point, two way points, no way points. Make it hard to have a cargo mover when playing by myself.
Had many ships with remote controls before the update that worked. Even had ones with large thrusters for forwards and smalls work. Never got to build hyd thruster ships to test. Started a new game after update to get stations with safe zones.
