[1.189.033] NPC Inventory Containers Not Lootable

Reproduction Rate: 10 out of 10

Affected Version: 1.189.033 [Playtest]

Reproduction steps:

#1 Load any world with spiders / wolves enabled, and go to their respective planet.

#2 Kill the spider or wolf.

#3 Try to access their body's loot.

Observed behavior:

You cannot loot the NPC.

Expected behavior:

The body's inventory should be accessible to the player.

If this is a survival change, please make it an option available to modders. I have several mods that utilize this mechanic. As far as I can tell, no SBC files have changed that would impact this mechanic, so for the moment I'm assuming it is a bug and that NPCs should have accessible loot bags.
