[1.188] Drilling blocks with voxel causes permanent light effect

I play with destructible blocks off.

When I drill a block to clean its voxels, it sometimes causes a permanent light effect.

Fortunately not really permanent, disappears after world reload, but still annoying.

Yes, forgot to add this. It is permanent when compared to how it's supposed to work.

Actually, it may not be annoying if you use it as a fire effect. But it's still a bug.

And particle emitter mod can be better for fire effects.
