[1.187.203] Transfer ownership between factions not working
When setting "Block Limits Mode" to "PER_FACTION" in the dedicated server you cannot transfer owned blocks via the Info tab. I guess this is because when setting this to per faction it sets the per player limit to 0.
This is anyoing though because if you own blocks on your friends ship and you want him to own all the block just so you have an overview of who has how many block in your faction you can't do that.
Another point is that when someones ship breaks because of a bug and it needs to be replaced by an admin, when he pastes it in he or rather his faction owns it and he won't be able to transfer it to the real owner.
This is not about terminal ownerships you see in the control panel but rather the "Built by:" info you see when aiming at a block with a welder.

Ok transfering ownership only works when block limits mode is set to GLOBALLY.
Here are the steps to reproduce on a DS:
- Set up a DS with block limits mode set to either per player or per faction and set max blocks per player
- Join with two players, build a few blocks and try to transfer them
