[1.187.101] Desynced particle effects

When streaming in grids, the particle effects can be desynced.
I have a mining rig running on a rotor.
After travelling some distance away, I returned to the mining rig which streamed in.
The particle effects on the drills were not in the right locations.

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported (your save etc.)? To report a bug into
our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.

This bug was encountered on a Keen operated Dedicated Server.
I do not have access to the map resources. (even 4 months ago).
Steps to reproduce.
1. Join a dedicated server with less than ideal latency.
2. build a mining rig in one location, that runs slowly.
3. build a medbay in another location, outside of the streaming distance.
4. reconnect to server.
5. spawn into medbay.
6. travel to mining rig.
7. observe the particle effects on the mining rig.
These desynced particle effects were previously seen ship grinders, ship welders, thrusters, but hard to reproduce in those.
This bug was encountered on a Keen operated Dedicated Server.
