1.187.088 Small ship large sorter extreme wierdness

At first I was having trouble with the small ship sorter not sending hydrogen both ways. I relogged and it started working. so I cut the ship off the pedestal and now every time I get in it the thrusters turn off and then turn back on when I get out???. also when I press V in the cock pit of the small ship u will notice the spot lights on the big ship turn off and on??. I'm really confused on this one.
Also tried rebuilding this in a new empty world game no mods with the same problem
I have narrowed the problem down to the sorter that connects to the larger port of the small ship
its the sorter between the o2 gen and the large cargo container
im posting a video of this weirdness.
