1.187.088 Every new player to our DS has 2 joining issues;

Firstly all new players trying to join cannot. The server apparently doesn't respond according to steam until the server restarts. Then the players cannot spawn into anything until we restart again. Sometimes we need to restart twice. Our server is public.

One of our players has somehow been removed from the faction and cannot spawn at all now. We've been trying all day to make it work for him but he cannot spawn on our server anymore.

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported? A world would probably help.
To report a bug into our system it is necessary to have reliable steps to reproduce in order for programmers to fix it.
