[01.187.204] antenna-beacons and grid streaming and sync distance issues

my brain literally could not come up with a better title.
i also cant explain it well, so here is a video to help, the green beacons/antenna are turned off, yet they keep showing up when i go further than the sync distance, and then off when i get in sync distance range, was a fresh vanilla non-experimental world
