Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. There was a report of this from a while ago on the Steam forums that was resolved by changing the actual desktop resolution to 720p and then back to 1080p here https://steamcommunity.com/app/244850/discussions/0/2913220877913474685/ could you please try this? There was also a thread here https://steamcommunity.com/app/244850/discussions/6/1621724915799466458/ which was solved by the user plugging in an additional monitor which may also be worth a look. Let me know how you get on :)
