We tested several hydrogen refill setups in both single-player and dedicated server environments, but we were not able to reproduce the issue on our side.

Could you please provide the following details so we can investigate further?

• SP, Lobby, or DS
• Creative or Survival
• Whether the world is vanilla or modded
• Whether the issue occurs consistently or only under specific conditions
• Whether other players experience the same problem
• Exact steps leading to the issue
• A screenshot or video showing the setup and the problem
• The affected world save
• The blueprint of the affected grid, if applicable
• The latest game log from the session where the issue occurred

You can find your save files by typing %appdata% into the Windows search bar and navigating to:

\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves

Please zip the relevant save folder and attach it here. You can also upload it to Google Drive, but make sure the link is accessible to anyone with the link.

Blueprints can be found here:

\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints

Please zip the relevant blueprint folder and attach it as well.

The game log can be found here:

\Roaming\SpaceEngineers

The file is usually named SpaceEngineers.log.
