Ladders dismount position wrong on multiplayer

When playing multiplayer, ladders and variants don't work normally. When climbing up the shaft to then dismount at a deck, you don't get dropped with the floor under your character, so you simply fall down the entire shaft you just climbed.

In singleplayer your dismount position is properly a bit farther back, meaning you have a bit of the ladder shaft's floor under your feet.

Furthermore, it seems that when you climb up a ladder fully, up and over the edge of it, there is also some unexpected behaviour in MP. You get dismounted a bit farther back than where you end the animation. So it seems that the two scenarios are both wrong in opposite directions.

I am not sure why it works properly in SP and not MP. I have not checked whether it works properly whilst being host.

I attached a video showing both issues. This happens on every server I've tested.

Please fix this. Ladders are useless when it is like this.
