lightbulb icon missing on some blocks still
Not a Bug
Inset kitchen and inset aquarium have the capability of lights.
Honestly not sure if the icon was left off these intentionally or not, because they arent really meant for lighting up rooms, but you can set their radius to 20m (same as interior light) so maybe?

I checked with our designers, and it turns out the missing lightbulb icon on blocks like the inset kitchen and aquarium is intentional. These blocks aren’t meant to function as typical room light sources—they’re designed to light themselves. Even though you can increase their radius, the icon was left out on purpose to reflect their more decorative role.
