Won't Fix

When opening the blueprint menu, I can't seem to access any of my workshop items or it takes ridiculous amounts of time to get just one of them

Could you please provide more information about the issue you're experiencing? Does it occur only when playing in Lobby or Multiplayer servers, or does it also happen in Single Player (SP) worlds?

If it happens specifically in Lobby or Servers, were any MODs active at the time? Sometimes, MODs can lead to such behavior. Also, what was your ping during the session? You can check this by pressing F3 while in-game. A high ping may also cause similar issues.

If the issue occurs both in Single Player and Multiplayer, could you confirm whether the blueprints/workshop items you mentioned failed to load/took time to load were subscribed from Steam, Mod.io, or if they are saved to your local storage or cloud?

If the affected blueprints are Steam or Mod.io subscribed, the issue might be caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. Please ensure your connection is stable and has sufficient speed. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it to see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue is related to local or cloud blueprints, please try closing the game and verifying your game files through Steam.

  • Right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files

After verification, relaunch the game and check if the issue persists. If it does, please share a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the log files from the time the issue occurred.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
