No save to load
Won't Fix
When I am trying to load a previous save the game says " you have no registered saved games. Your progress cannot be loaded"

Can you please provide more information from your side?
Where exactly are you playing the game? Is it on PC - Steam or Windows store?
Where is the game installed on you system and where are you saves located, please?
The saves should be saved locally. You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Can you please confirm that the files are present there on the provided path?
In game, what exactly happens - is the outcome the very same as shown - when you start a new game, save it and load it back immediately from the main menu?
Can you please provide us a log from your game?
