Star System Start missing from New game Options

With the Fieldwork update the "Star System" start that would spawn the entire solar system and give the player the choice of where to start via respawning was removed from the choices available in the new game options.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!

Are you still missing the Star System world from the New game menu, or is it present now, are you able to find it?
