Button Access Panels don't work on official servers

On official servers, the button and control panel access panels do not work when placed. You have to log out and in before they will start to work.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!

The issue you're experiencing can sometimes happen due to a desynchronization between the server and your client. In some cases, it may require a server restart to fully resolve.
