Blueprint 'Publish' button doesn't load anything - Can't publish blueprints
On the blueprints page with a blueprint selected, when I press the 'Publish' button it changes colour briefly and makes a sound; nothing else happens; no error messages, no prompts, no other windows, no change to current window, and no item created in workshop.
I am attempting to upload Local blueprints, I have checked and confirmed the thumb.png is smaller than 1Mb.
I have tried verifying my game files, clearing any launch arguments, removing any running plugins or mods (starting game with no plugins or mods), created an entirely fresh world and creating a new blueprint in that new world, creating new blueprints of existing blueprints, changing settings related to blueprints, turned off steam cloud saves, re-accepting steams workshop agreement; nothing has worked.
I have previously uploaded things to the workshop successfully, but I can no longer get the dialog to appear.
