[1.206] Block Category Items Without TypeId Broken

In 1.205 and prior versions, a block category definition as such would work:
<ItemIds> <string>LargeAdvancedStator</string> </ItemIds>However, as of 1.206 the item in question is missing from the block category. This can be fixed with:
<ItemIds> <string>MotorAdvancedStator/LargeAdvancedStator</string> </ItemIds>
...but many mods use the former method and no longer have functional block categories.
