Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing?

Is the issue occurring in a Single Player world, a Lobby, a Dedicated Server, or on Keen's Official Servers?

Was the world, lobby, or server has any active MODs? If so, we kindly recommend temporarily removing the MODs or creating a new unmodded (vanilla) world or server to check if the issue persists. If the issue does not occur in a vanilla world/server, it may have been caused by one or more active MODs. Please note that we do not provide support for MODs, as it is the responsibility of the MOD creators to keep their MODs updated and compatible with the game's latest version.

Although, if the issue still persists in an unmodded (vanilla) world or server, could you please share a screen recording/video showing the issue? You can press Shift + F11 in the game to activate the Performance Statistics, which displays information such as FPS and Simulation Speed, and include this in your recording. Additionally, please provide the world save file of the vanilla world (or server save file of the Dedicated Server) where the issue occurred, the steps to reproduce the issue, and the log files from the time the issue was experienced.

  • You can access your single player world save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves. The Dedicated Server save files can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Saves folder.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching save files or screen recording/videos, you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. The Dedicated Server log files can be found in the AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated folder.
