The o button enable broadcasting in flight seat/cockpit not sync with antenna on grid

This bug still happens, but I did several testings and is able to consistently reproduce it in KOS.
I tested on US #4, #9, #11, and it seems to be unrelated to merging or multigrid as in one server it also happens on a completely separate small grid in space. I have not tested on other servers but so far all grids I built in KOS have this bug and all attempts to reproduce this bug in local created worlds (offline and online) have failed. I will update once I did additional testing.
