Missing "keep projection" on and off setting in projector action bar commands

"keep projection" has a toggle, but has no dedicated option for "on" and "off" in toolbar config.

Encountered while trying to design safe-in-survival automation for a semi-automatic printing device. Servers sometimes set "keep projection" to off, or it otherwise gets reset when the blueprint is cleared during restarts (not sure the exact mechanism), so I need to make sure it's on when the projector is in use during operation.
