Pressing Submit Changes on trash removals sets Cargo Bags Amount and Cargo Bags Time to 0

Solved

When you click 'Submit Changes' in the Trash Removal menu it changes the settings for 'Cargo Bags Amount' and 'Cargo Bags Lifetime' to 0. Thus making it so temporary containers de-spawn immediately upon being spawned.

Steps to reproduce:

Start a new empty world

Alt+F10 > Trash Removal > Other

Confirm 'Cargo Bags Amount' is 100 and 'Cargo Bags Lifetime' is 30

Alt+F10 > Trash Removal > General or Voxels

Press Submit Changes (you don't have to make any changes, just press the button)

Now check back in the Other tab and see both those settings are now 0

This only seems to happen the first time you press Submit Changes after loading the world, if you change the settings back and then make more changes in General or Voxel and submit those changes it wont reset, but if you reload the world and hit submit changes again then it will reset them.
