Patch 1.201 New small grid small advanced rotor have their rotor displacement fliped

it seems that the new small grid small advanced rotor have a fliped rotor displacement, generally a negative value means the head will retract back into the rotor, and a positive means it will extend, but its fliped around on the new rotor
