Blocks auto rotate if you look at another grid or subgrid even with auto rotate turned off

A small yet very anoying bug which will cause blocks to rotate if hovering over a subgrid (hinge part) dispite auto rotate being disabled. This makes it really anoying to place multiple hinges facing the same direction.
