Cant use the program block with out spaming left and right mouse buttons

Solved

when trying to load the program block none of the program block buttons will work until I spam both mouse buttons this has been a problem before it was a few years back I don't know how it was fixed before I have verified files done a restart checked for PC updates it was working fine 3 or 4 days ago no new mods and this is also on a new world with no mods had to check so made a new world I have over 5,500hrs so don't ask if i allowed scripts to be used it was out of my hands last time Help me Keen Kenobi you're my only hope
