Cant control turret controller block while controlling remote control block

Whenever i am controlling a vehicle with a remote control block, i cant seem to control a custom turret block while from the toolbar of a remote control block
To recreate this bug with my blueprint, go into the seat(fig 1)
Control the remote control block (fig 2/3)
unlock the rotors (4 and 5 on the toolbar) and press 7 on the toolbar to try to control the turret,
But you will notice that it is not possible to control the turret this way
I assume this is a bug, i hope you guys can do something with this info
