Windows and window sides welding / grinding targeting on small grid

The small grid windows have the same issue as the armor panels had before the warfare II update, where it is very difficult to weld / grind them because you end up targeting the block underneath / behind it

Specifically:

- 1x1 flat window and its side variant

- 1x2 flat and its side variants

- Barred window flat and its side variant
