[1.188] Lights flashing randomly

hello SE team ! I've found a bug with lights (all types but not spotlights). When moving they start to flash randomly at a pretty fast rate . Sometimes it happen even when not moving at all. All light from all grid do this ...

Here is a small video from my computer : ( recorded on a static grid on earth at night with many light activated)

Meh. Just use a modded soundblock that plays Electronic Dance Music. Problem solved.
