Loading World Delaying on Load Screen

Hello, and I have currently have the Deluxe Edition, Style Pack, Economy Deluxe, and both the Decorative Blocks Pack. Currently I am running the second hotfix of the Wasteland Update. when I select a world that does not contain any Economy Features on the save, the save is instant. However, when I select a world that does contain any Economy Features, the save takes 2 seconds before load it in even if I disable it again. This works perfectly before that update, but now this seems to be an issue. So I might have to create a new save without any Economy Features until this may be fixed.

This is also confirmed for the Never Surrender Scenario which has economy features forced enabled.
