Small battery initial charge is inconsistent

The small battery block's initial charge when built is 5%. All other batteries start with 30%. This, combined with the SmallBlockSmallBatteryBlock data in CubeBlocks_Energy.sbc leads me to believe that a mistake was made.
<MaxStoredPower>0.05</MaxStoredPower> <InitialStoredPowerRatio>0.05</InitialStoredPowerRatio>These two values being the same for only this battery suggests to me that the intention was to give newly built small batteries an initial charge of 0.05 MWh (100%).

thanks for letting us know about this issue. It had been checked in-game and it really seems to be a little off with the small battery. I did put it into our internal system, so some designer/developer can take a look on it.
