Noted this before, but hadn't been able to test again till now.
As title states, the ship grinder will always stop at 25% on the 3-blade Wind Turbine. I don't know if there are any other blocks where this issue pops up, as I've certainly not performed a comprehensive testing of ALL blocks (it's a LOT!).
This is a new game, only loaded 1 mod (Automatic Ore Pickup - mod # 657749341 )
