Voxel Hand Improvements

Since the Voxel Hand tool hasn’t had an update in a while it would be a good idea to give the tool new abilities. Such as being able to copy and paste Voxels (I’m not asking for the ability to copy and paste planets just small Voxel grids a few hundred meters in size), a Voxel smoother to smoothen asteroids and terrain, a Voxel mountain creator of some kind, and additional Voxel shapes.
