Server stuck on 1.187.088, no update to 1.187.089 exists via SteamCMD

Like the title says, the dedicated server can't update, which means all clients on 1.187.089 cannot join the server...great job!

People on the Torch Discord server were having the same issue, it seems to be related to SteamCMD's cache so if you delete all its files and re-run it you should be able to pull the new update.

Had the same issue, SteamCMD installed the Dedicated server onto a different folder. DS said there is an update, but installer found everything up-to-date. Check your Other folders (look for DedicatedServer.exe). Worst case, reinstall the game manually described here:
