Clicking the close button in windowed mode causes immediate game close without request to save

As the title says. Game immediately shuts down with no hesitation when close button is clicked in windowed mode. Doesn't ask to save before exiting. Found out the hard way after struggling to build wind turbines for an hr with no jetpacks.
