cant edit lost colony world but I can edit others

when I make a new lost colony and I save and exit to go turn up inv size to x3 I cant because the settings button is grayed out is this deliberate or accidental?
I have the same bug
I think this is deliberate (as I can't edit any save from a scenario) but if you're willing you edit the xml config in the save folder (sandbox.sbc and maybe sandbox_config.sbc (I guessed I needed to edit both to activate in-game script after the story) )

this should be fixed on currently released version (197.168). Could you confirm if it's working for you? Player should be able to edit settings in the experimental mode.
