It's intermittent, although a constant with the map I'm playing. I was able to reproduce it, but not consistently, so my report is useless without definitive and concise information (which I should have done a better job compiling before making the bug report). Please delete this bug report for now and if I'm able to figure out what's triggering the weird behavior I'll report it again. Sorry for wasting your time.
