Hard freeze on world load/creation

Solved

I was working fine last night now I hard freeze moments after loading into a new or old world (30-60 seconds). Nothing in logs, tried new empty space world with no mods, creative. Validated files. Nothing to be had. I'm at a loss how to identify it further. I can't seem to make it produce any more information that would direct the problem at least on my system. Anyone else seeing the issue?

What are you PC specifications?

Please send us your dxdiag: you can do by typing "dxdiag" to Run (Windows + R), save all information and send us that .txt file.

What default worlds are you trying to run? Does this happen with every world?

I changed video cards and the problem went away. I think I was having a hardware issue that just suddenly happened and didn't affect day to day activities (browsing, office tools etc) but only graphically intense actions which SE was the main one.
