[1.187.2] Small-grid Rocket Launchers LODs are broken

Solved

See the attached file: With the model quality setting at anything but extreme, the small grid rocket launcher changes to a very unfitting LOD beyond literally 5 meters away. There seems to be 2 issues here: the first is that it does not use a proper "subtle" 5m LOD that other blocks have, and the second is that its current LODs are black where they should be white.
